Refund & Cancellation Policies
| A refund is available upon receipt of a written cancellation for a fully paid registration fee; at least two full weeks before the start of the conference and after the deduction of a £10 administration charge. After this refunds will unfortunately not be available. |

- Buyers only need to sign up once to enjoy fast, safe and convenient purchases from Google Checkout merchant stores across the web. Buyers can sign up during the purchase process on any Google Checkout merchant site.
- Google Checkout accepts major credit and debit cards, including VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro and Solo. Buyers enter their credit or debit card information when they first sign up for Google Checkout and can select their preferred payment type during checkout.
- Google will send an order confirmation email to buyers after they click "Place your order now" during the checkout process.
- You can view your complete purchase history with Google checkout. This includes all purchases made with any merchant which use Google Checkout. This will be available to you by signing in to your Google Checkout account.
